Are you an experienced recruitment professional with a passion for finding top talent in an extraordinary job market? Then this job is for you.

As our new Senior Recruiter, you will become a part of a newly created Talent Acquisition function that will service our group in 9 different countries with a focus on Europe. You will form the team together with our Talent Acquisition Consultant. You will work in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Consultant on a daily basis and you will report directly to the HR Director of group.ONE.

In this job, it is essential that you are able to work autonomously and with a lot of passion and drive to find the right candidates. We will make sure to thoroughly introduce you to our ATS and more, but we expect that you will take the lead in Talent Acquisition and will drive the direction of our recruitment efforts and find top talent to support our business. We have a high number of inbound candidates that are handled by the Talent Acquisition Consultant and you will primarily be responsible for the outbound recruitment.

Required

  • 4+ years of experience with Recruitment in a similar position
  • Experience with in-house or agency recruiting
  • A relevant degree in Human Resources or similar
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Able to call yourself a professional LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Able to partner up with senior leaders and business managers to find, engage and hire top talents
  • Knowledgable about the recruitment market specifically for technical positions e.g. engineers and developers
  • In possession of a proven track record in candidate identification and sourcing
  • Experienced with building, owning and managing a candidate landscape
  • Able to create a search strategy and delivering on it
  • Outgoing and comfortable with selling your workplace as the best 
  • Proactive and structured, to ensure timely follow-up with hiring managers and candidates
